Refund, Return & Replacement Policy

We maintain transparency regarding our return and replacement process. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Refund and No Return Policy

All sales made through our website are final.
We do not offer refunds or accept returns for any reason other than product damage during transit.

2. Replacement Policy (Applicable for Damaged Items Only)

We offer replacement only if:

  • The product is received in damaged or defective condition, and

  • You provide clear videographic proof of unboxing showing the damage at the time of opening the parcel.

Conditions for replacement:

  1. The unboxing video must show the parcel seal and product being opened for the first time.

  2. The request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. The product must be unused and in original packaging.

  4. Replacement will be approved after verification by our quality team.

  5. Replacement is subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a store credit may be issued.

3. How to Request a Replacement

To request a replacement, email info@anushreejewellers.com with:

  • Order number

  • Date of delivery

  • Reason for replacement

  • Attached unboxing video clearly showing product damage

Our team will respond within 2–3 business days after reviewing your request.

4. Non-Eligible Cases

  • Missing unboxing video or unclear proof of damage.

  • Products damaged due to mishandling, misuse, or improper care after delivery.

  • Color or design variations due to lighting, screen resolution, or handcrafted differences.

5. Shipping for Replacement

  • In approved cases, customers must securely pack and ship the product back to us.

  • Replacement shipping cost will be borne by Anushree Jewellers LLP only for verified damaged products.
